RC 9 – Work Fulfillment

This week’s episode is about work fulfillment. To start out, I provide context for my experience by briefly reviewing my work history. Then we go into the 6 things that I believe are critical to a great job. The 6 P’s that define a great job:

  • Passion
  • Purpose
  • People
  • Progress
  • Project
  • Pay

ragging on your previous employer. bad show, and fairly unprofessional. it is my guess that many of your former co-workers lost a lot of respect over that. keep in mind burning bridges is a bad idea, you never know when you might need to cross one.

I don’t feel like I was ragging on my previous employer. I was trying to make the point that there were elements of work at my last position that impaired my fulfillment at that job. I think very highly of my former employer and co-workers. If it came across differently, I apologize. That wasn’t my intention.
