This was a great interview. Both Peter and Charles talk about that all-to-common feeling: that you’re not an expert and that everyone else knows what they’re doing, while you’re still stumbling about with your questions and doubts. This feeling often causes us to undervalue our own knowledge and experience.

I wrote an article about this, called No One Knows What the F*** They’re Doing . I figured some might find it interesting, and maybe it could even convince some to start sharing their own Ruby knowledge with us.

It’s an interesting feeling realizing just where you can contribute and what it means to people. I really hope more people will get involved.
